About Club
Classes at Club Pilates are different than any other workout. The reformer-based group Pilates classes are complemented by TriggerPoint, TRX®, springboard, EXO-Chair and other equipment designed to build strength, mobility and stability.
For those wishing for a more personalized experience, we also offer private training lessons from one of our amazing Certified Pilates Instructors.
Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
