About Cheryl
Symmetry Pilates Center is a fully equipped, physical therapist owned pilates studio offering private and small group training. From the new to fitness clients to seasoned athletes, Symmetry can help you achieve your fitness goals.
I was introduced to pilates while working as a physical therapist. It was so beneficial to my clients that I pursued certification.
I am a licensed physical therapist and fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor trainer and rehab instructor trainer.

For private training, begin with a postural analysis, movement assessment tests then begin to program a pilates program for the client based on those findings.
For group classes, we ask that clients have some pilates experience or complete our intro package prior to attending class.
I work with various clients will all fitness levels. Seeing also clients recovering from injury.
