About Suzanne

For Serious Inquiries Only, Please:

Hi there! I am a credentialed piano teacher, musician and theater artist offering lessons online and at my studio in SoMa! I have been teaching piano for over 20 years with an MFA in performance, and offer a welcoming learning environment where students will develop listening, reading, theoretical and performance skills. Parents say I am warm, patient, and creative - students are invited to participate in imaginative practice motivation programs and two themed recitals throughout the year! Finding the right teacher should be easy: book a free demo so we can chat! Students who enroll for the academic year receive a 15% discount on tuition.

About the lesson

Piano lessons offered by Suzanne are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in San Francisco. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.

Perfect! Suzanne, the instructor, creates a very supportive and encouraging environment that motivates her students to practice. She has a great sense of musicality and always selects pieces that match skill levels as well as interests. She makes learning the piano enjoyable and accessible.

Suzanne is a consummate professional; she affirms the adage “you get what you pay for”. After working with several cut-rate “student-teachers” and not seeing desired progress with my son, switching to Suzanne — an experienced educator with twenty years experience — floored me. My son took to her approach immediately and started leveling-up right away. Additionally, her online set-up is easy to navigate and as effective as being in the same room. In short, I highly recommend working with Suzanne.
