About SOFIA
I HAVE OVER 26 YEARS OF TEACHING AND PERFORMING EXPERIENCE. I HAVE A MASTERS DEGREE AS A TEACHER, PERFORMER AND ACCOMPANIST FROM THE MOSCOW CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC. I LOVE TO HELP MY STUDENTS GROW AND REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL BUT MOST OF ALL I WOULD LOVE TO INSTILL IN THEM THE LOVE AND APPRECIATION FOR MUSIC. I TEACH ALL VARIETIES OF MUSIC: CLASSICAL, JAZZ AND CONTEMPORARY. MY STUDENTS HAVE PERFORMED IN MUSIC COMPETITIONS, PASSED HIGH SCHOOL MUSIC EXAMS, AND WENT ON TO STUDY MUSIC IN COLLEGE.

Sofia is a wonderful teacher! Very experienced, thoughtful, serious and loves music, piano, and teaching piano. My son studies piano with her for 10 years and he cannot imagine having any other teacher. Sofia taught him how to understand and enjoy music.
