About Erica
Erica Feidner Piano Studio in New York, NY provides private and group piano instruction for children and adults, offered in person on Manhattan’s Upper West Side and online worldwide. The studio is led by Juilliard-trained concert pianist and educator Erica Feidner, who brings five decades of teaching experience. Lessons are customized to how each student learns, with a focus on clear progress and practical skills.
The curriculum can include music reading, technique and expression, music theory, ear training, improvisation, composition, sightreading, duets, music history, sight singing, and conducting. For adult beginners, the studio offers EasyPeasyKeys, a patented, one-session method that teaches students to read music and begin playing in a single lesson.
In addition to teaching, Erica is known as The Piano Matchmaker, advising families and musicians on selecting the right instrument. She previously served as the top global sales representative for Steinway & Sons for nearly a decade. Her work has been featured by The New Yorker, CNN, PBS, NHK, Inc., and Forbes, and she has been recognized among “10 Greatest Salespeople of All Time.”
Erica Feidner Piano Studio serves beginners, returning adults, and advanced players seeking structured, personalized piano study.
