About Daniel

I am a Piano Student at Cleveland State University, looking to get experience teaching beginners. While I'm still a student, I am not a master of the craft, but am willing and able to teach children and beginners of all ages, and at a lower cost than you would pay elsewhere. Classical Music is my passion and what I am best suited to teach.

I actually have taught many subjects. I tutored friends in High School and have, since graduating, taught cooking, baking, the strategy board game of go, and, of course, piano. To numerous people I know. I found thy at I really enjoyed it, so here we are.

I am currently studying Music Education in college with a focus on Piano. I've been playing for years, and have developed quite a bit to the point that I believe in my ability to teach others.

About the lesson

All the people I have taught, not just on piano, but other things, were beginners for the most part. Some started with a bit more knowledge than others, but I would say I am mostly suited to teaching beginners from the ground up.

Look for someone who suits your level of skill. A complete beginner does not need to spend the money necessary to get a world class virtuoso as a teacher. For a beginner, or novice, a teacher that can teach them the basics and do it well will be a great foundation when they are ready to move on.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What is it that you want out of these lessons? Your answer to that can drastically change how I need to approach teaching you. I don't expect every student to be as serious as every other, and I think there is a lot of benefit to casually learning an instrument. But I need to know if that is what you want in order to gear lessons in a way that suits you the best it can.
