About Khalil
I am just as much a student my self as I am a teacher.
I love learning about music theory from other's perspective's, whether if it's a professional artist, one of my peers, or a student of mine.
The joy of teaching people how to musically express them self is immeasurable for me. It's like teaching people a language that can only make people happy.
I've been professionally taught by great Houston drummers like Joel Fulgham, Daleton Lee, and Charlie Perez.
I was accepted into the HSPVA jazz program for drums.
I've also been taught professionally by countless piano and music composition teachers, but have always preferred being self taught in that regard, and it has brought me far.
