About Aaron
Aaron Jacob is a classically trained pianist, vocalist, and multi-instrument instructor with over seven years of private teaching experience. Rooted in both Western classical and Indian musical traditions, Aaron brings a rich and diverse musical background to every lesson.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Houghton University and a Grade 8 Certificate in Piano Performance from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, one of the highest internationally recognized standards of musical attainment. His teaching approach is informed by Gordon Music Learning Theory and Feierabend methodology, with a strong emphasis on genuine music literacy, ear training, and building real musicianship rather than just technical repetition.
Whether you are a young beginner discovering music for the first time, an adult returning to an instrument you once loved, or an advancing student looking to deepen your skills, Aaron meets you where you are and builds from there. His studio has served students of all ages across piano, voice, and guitar at every skill level.
Aaron's students have gone on to pursue successful careers and programs in music, including acceptance to the California School of the Arts. Lessons with Aaron are structured, encouraging, and grounded in the belief that every person is musical. The goal is not just to play notes but to understand music, feel it, and make it your own.
