About Jason
I teach piano in the West Windsor/Plainsboro area, and I make it easy to get started. Your child will learn fun music from day one. If you've got an energetic/artistic/sensitive child, get in touch and find out what lessons are all about!
I have wanted to teach piano for a long time. After finishing my Bachelor's degree at Ithaca College and teaching some piano through the community program there, I sought a degree at Westminster Choir College. There, I had the opportunity to teach through their graduate assistantship program, and in my first year I was also hired to teach at Hunterdon Academy of the Arts. Now, I've developed a private studio of my own, and I also teach on the faculty of the New School for Music Study in Kingston, NJ.
I hold a Master's in Piano Pedagogy and Performance from Westminster Choir College. I have also completed the teaching fellowship at the New School for Music Study.

I want new students to have fun while building the foundation necessary for success at the piano. We work on lots of pieces, some with music, some without, to get playing right from the start. We even do some composing!
