About Matthew

The Pavilanis School of Music offers music lessons to students of all ages. The goal of each lesson is to establish a relationship to music that best suits each student's individual needs. At first with exposure and exploration of many different musical styles (classical, pop, jazz, etc.), a method and path of study can better be discerned. Throughout the year, the Pavilanis School of Music nurtures successful performance and collaborative opportunities to better encourage a sense of personal expression in the art of music. The team of teachers at the Pavilanis School of Music are all passionate musicians and to help other people connect and express themselves through music is incredibly rewarding. I, Matthew Pavilanis particularly enjoy when a student finds their own personal interest and expression in music, which allows them to learn at quick rates and encourages their creativity. When this connection occurs, music lessons have an incredibly exciting feeling of discovery for both the student and the teacher. This feeling of discovery is the aim of every lesson at Pavilanis School of Music.
