About Sheila
I have been teaching piano lessons out of my home to children and adults for 20 years. I taught in my home as I raised my daughter and cared for my mother. Music is my life and passion. I make lessons fun for children and adults.
Watching my students grow and express how much joy they get out of our lessons is rewarding. My students look forward to the lessons and that brings a smile to my face.
I taught in a school and when I left I started teaching privately.
I have 20+ years experience teaching piano to children's and adults. Typically I teach in person but since the end of February I have tought on FaceTime.

A phone call is the first step, then we schedule a FaceTime. If it's a child, a parent joins the call. The teacher student relationship is very important. The initial meeting would typically happen in person but due to COVID I am meeting students and teaching over FaceTime.
Children ages 5+ to adult, beginners and intermediate.w
Lessons should be fun! Make sure your piano teacher is patient, kind, and understands your lifestyle and interests. If you want to take lessons to pick up a new skill or hobby, I am a perfect teacher for you!
