About Lily
I have a passion for passing on the beautiful art of piano playing. I have been playing since I was six years old, almost 14 years. I have played for 10 years as a church pianst every Sunday. I also teach a Sunday school class at church every week and love children. I believe piano is a dying skill and want to be part of keeping this instrument alive!
Music is such an incredible thing, and it brings so many people together. Not only have I played for church, but I've also played for many nursing homes and weddings. I love bring people joy through music!
I am just beginning my business.
Many years experience with lessons and different teaching styles. I have played piano for my church for 10 years. I have experience teaching Sunday school for 8 years. I have played at several nursing homes and have been hired to perform at weddings. I am currently attending WGU online to receive my elementry education degree.

I have worked with ages 9-15.
Find someone who is willing to adjust their teaching style to what you need. Not every student is the same, and a teacher should adjust accordingly. I've had many a bad teacher who had no regard for what I was using my skill for and did not adjust accordingly. Find a teacher who listens!
I just recently played for a nursing home's chapel service and one of the elderly ladies in the back recognised me from previous times I've played there. She started waving at me enthusiastically and then shouted to everyone in the room, "I know her! She's great! We should clap for her!" Of course I couldn't help but giggle and smile as did everyone in the room. :)
