About Jeanina
I have a unique and interactive way of teaching and relaying information. I love music and psychology and as such, I love teaching piano to desiring students! I remember sitting at piano lessons as a kid and wishing my teachers could be more "cool" and on my level. It is because of this that I have sought to make learning fun! Not only do I teach piano, but I try to help support my students by being a role model and friend if possible. I love doing in-home lessons as at puts my students at ease and I meet them in an environment where they feel most comfortable. I am pleased to be able to pass on such a wonderful skill to young minds and influence generations with the gift of music!
I have a Bechelor's degree i. psychology, which really helps me assess personality and learning style, and I have 10+ years of music and piano training as well as 12 years experience teaching piano, and 3 years experience leading a church choir. I have worked with many different personalities and continue teaching as I find it satisfies my penchant for psychology as well as music all in one.
