Both children and parents enjoy watching and listening to all forms of music. Classical or contemporary music of all genres may be learned.
I started teaching even in high school while entering piano competition but also mostly started my own piano company at "The Opus Institute of Chicago" but now I teach individually at my place which includes a Boston acoustic 7-foot grand piano and also a digital Yamaha Avantgrand n3 digital grand piano.
I have performed at many locations around the world. I became more advanced I started studying romantic era music which includes mostly Chopin, Liszt, Rachmaninoff, Scriabin and Ravel. I entered competition and won honorable mention at the Franz Liszt competition in 2010. I performed at DeSales Auditorium in Minnesota which was done as a benefit to Haiti. In 2012, I performed at all of the locations in the Keys to the City Piano Festival that was created by the city of Chicago. As a result, I played for grammy-award winner Emanuel Ax (video is on YouTube) who invited me to perform at the Chicago Symphony Center which included other world-renowned pianists. Please visit (concealed information) for more information. When starting with a new student, I make sure they use the right warm-up strategies and then use my own method for more beginners and use the Hanon method for more advanced students. We then decide which type of music is liked and go through my method. All types of music can be learned from classical to contemporary. I can graphic design folders based on the student's interest if wanted so the student may enjoy to keep up with the work they study with.
All types/ages and skill level from classical music and all types of contemporary music
Performing at the Chicago Symphony Center in 2012 was most memoral curated by Grammy-Award winner Emauel Ax which included the top world renowned pianists Jorge Federico Osorio, Jeremy Denk, Reginald Robinson, Marc-André Hamelin, Orli Shaham, Valentina Lisitsa, Bill Charlap, Renee Rosnes and others.
