I focus a great deal on what the student actually wants to learn, and use that material as the tie in for the basic-intermediate theory, history, method etc

have been teaching off and on for over a decade and speacialize in beginner to intermediate, but can delve into advance piano if the occasion should arise.

Words as a Piano and Guitar instructor at "The Callahan School of music", for 2 years. I am giving this approach a shot to see if I can replace my current income doing what I love:)

From the moment I touched the keys I knew teaching music would be a part of my life.

I served as a Beginner-Intermediate Guitar/Piano instructor for more than 2 years, at the beginning of my professional career. I have another profession that has occupied my time, but have taught freelance off and on for the last 10 years.

About the lesson

A brief conversation about the desire and goals the student has in regards to taking the lessons. Everything else is customized around this,

Young-Old, highly trained, novice, men, women etc....

Be as patient with your teacher as you would expect them to be with you. Especially with the methods I employ, it takes time.

I am a huge Jon Schmidt/Piano Guys fan, they have a concert in Houston,TX coming up, can't wait.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
