About Shannon
I pride myself on tailoring each lesson to my students' needs. I firmly believe in giving students a strong, technical foundation while also having fun.
I love seeing a student progress, especially when they master something they had previously deemed "too hard."
I have been playing piano and performing for almost 30 years. I received a high school diploma in piano performance from the National Piano Guild in 2007. I graduated from New York University's vocal performance program with a Bachelor's of Music in 2011. I completed an accelerated music teacher certification program in 2014.

I work with students of all ages and abilities. I especially enjoy working with autistic students and other neurodivergent students. My voice students have been accepted into prestigious college programs such as Berklee School of Music and AMDA.

Miss Shannon has given me all the best training I could ever ask for. On top of being a great person she’s an amazing teacher with a true passion for music and seeing her students succeed that shows.
