About Alexandra
I am a passionate freelance illustrator with a love for animation and video games. I am currently attending SNHU to attain my Bachelors degree in Game Art and Development. I believe that each and every one of us was born an artist and I can show you that you can tap into those abilities and become the artist you have always wanted to be.
I have been a self taught artist my whole life (I am 29 years old) and I am going to SNHU for my Bachelors in Game Art and Development.

When someone comes to me looking to learn more about painting, I want to find out why they are seeking lessons. Knowing them more personally and finding out what they believe to be their skill level, can give me more background information so we can go from there.
The next step would be to have my student create mood boards on pinterest to both inspire the student, but to also show me what the student finds visually pleasing and inspiring.
I like to perform exercises with my students to loosen up and promote creativity, then we can begin working on our painting. Basic color theory and value knowledge is helpful, but not necessary. I will work alongside the student via video call and I can share my screen for digital paintings.
I enjoy chatting and keeping it casual, like you are hanging out with your friend. I am very friendly and I love to laugh and discuss every day inspiration and gratitude for the little things, because art is just that.
