About Alexandria
I love designing and teaching others how to as well. I have a Bachelors in both Graphic Design and Marketing. Since graduating I am still a freelance graphic artist and photographer as well as working for News Channel 13 in Albany, NY as a Graphic Designer. I have been designing for over 5 years, and my passion is to teach other so that they can find their style and master the art of design and photography.

I love creating and using my thoughts and head to make something that has others think, feel a certain way or do something. The power that design and photography has amazes me and that is what I love most about graphic design.
Once I graduated from college I realized I wanted to teach and help students find their passion for art and their style as well. Watching how professors taught and helped us find our passion and style is what got me interested and asked to lead a couple of classes myself.
I have a bachelors in Graphic Design as well as marketing. I have taught a couple college courses as an undergrad. I work full time in the graphic design industry.

I first see their skill level and work from there. I do not want a moderate student working on basics when they already know how to do it. I also like to instill that practice makes perfect, it takes time to build up the foundational skills and thats ok!
Mostly college and highschool.
Make sure the teacher takes the time to see where your skills are as well as where you need the most help developing. Find a teacher that doesn;t just throw you in but takes the time to actually teach these skills.
