Very personal. Abstract Subjects, rather then just abstract painting.
I have never taught painting classes but did teach kids jewelry enameling classes. I am a patient teacher and the only prerequisite I have is you can draw a stick figure.

The first encounter is to see if we make a good fit. They need to know what it entails to begin painting. Buying paints, brushes, canvas and other supplies. I will only work with beginners, ages 10 to 100. I work with oils because they are very forgiving and my classes will generally be once a week so they will be dry to work on.
