About Vanessa

I love being able to take a blank canvas and turning it into a stunning work of art. I have been an artist all my life, and for four decades I have been drawn to abstract art. I work on my craft daily and would love to share my tips and techniques to creating a remarkable work of art with anyone interested in learning.

I have a visual arts degree from the fashion Institute of design and merchandising

About the lesson

Work one on one for 1 hour at a time unless requested more we will start with abstract art lessons using acrylic paints and I will provide all the paint canvases and brushes just need to bring yourself and an open mind. I will walk you through the basics of color value hue saturation and the eleme to of design. Then I will do a demonstration. Of my art process and talk to you explaining as I go and you will start to emulate your own art piece at the same time then we will review your working I will give you a professional critique as to what I think you could have done to make your piece even better and what elements of design to emphasize.
