About Sarah

I enjoy meeting new people and interacting to bring out both our creativity and hopefully inspire each other. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years. Now I am focusing on my artwork.

I enjoy painting because it's similar to a meditation for me. I am a self taught mixed medium artist. I worked as a full time makeup artist before I decided to pursue my passion. I've been selling paintings for over ten years. I also enjoy teaching and helping others.

I have a special needs sister and have always had to work with her. I learned to be very patient. I also have lots of experience teaching how to apply professional makeup.

I worked as a professional makeup artist for over 15 years. I worked one on one with customers and taught them how to apply the makeup, but made sure they did it themselves when I was there to coach them.

About the lesson

I provide a canvas on the first lesson. I bring paint brushes and tools for them to borrow. I also provide paint they can borrow. I usually have them show me their skills on sketch paper, so I can see their skill level.

All ages, all sexes and all races. I've worked with students with no skill and I've also worked with ones that may end up teaching me a thing or two.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Skill level and what they are wanting to accomplish.
