About Cecilia
I love to help aspiring creatives discover their artistic style through painting.
If you're looking to simply become more comfortable working with acrylic paint, or inspiration on new ways to paint, I am here to help!
Whether a first time painter, or seasoned hobbyist I have experience working with children and adults of varying levels from afterschool programs to paint & sip events.
It's so inspiring to see the work that my students create because there is no cookie cutter way to making art.
Painting to me, is more about the journey than the destination. It's a very forgiving medium and lets you explore your curiosity. Technique develops over time so I think it's important to create an encouraging environment for an artist to blossom.

I have a selection of paintings to choose from that the student can pick from.
Once a painting is selected the level of intricacy can be tailored based on students skill level and area of focus.
I break the painting down into steps that are manageable to follow.
A.) For a beginner painter, the goal is train the student to become more comfortable with exploring the different ways an artist can apply paint to the canvas and develop their own personal style.
B.) For a seasoned painter, the goal would be to fine tune current skills & techniques in order to branch out into new ways to develop their own personal style.
