I’ve experienced on many occasions the pleasure and results of having Jackie Rock instruct me in creating art. Before Jackie taught me the process of turning an idea to finished work I felt overwhelmed, reluctant, ignorant about even getting started. After following Jackie’s guidance for the first time, I was liberated from my inhibitions about putting my ideas into images on paper. Jackie’s expertise in showing me what to do and how to go about it resulted in surprising myself with my newfound ability for producing paintings.
