About
Welcome to KropfKinetik, where your journey to a healthier, more active lifestyle begins! Nestled in the heart of Asheville, NC, our personalized coaching services are designed to elevate your well-being. Whether you're looking to enhance your baseball skills, improve your nutrition, or embark on a transformative personal training journey, I am here to support you every step of the way. With a holistic approach and tailored guidance, I aim to empower you to reach your fullest potential.
As a dedicated athlete with three years of NCAA Division I baseball experience and two years at the junior college level, I bring a proven track record of commitment, adaptability, and performance under pressure. Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, I developed a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and resilience. These are qualities that have carried over into every area of my life. Through years of competition, I’ve embraced both physical and mental growth, continually seeking new strategies to elevate my training, mindset, and leadership. Whether it’s in the weight room, on the field, or within a team environment, I approach every challenge with the same intensity and willingness to learn. My experience across levels of collegiate athletics has shaped me into a well-rounded individual who understands the value of preparation, perseverance, and pushing beyond limits.
