About Lisa
The satisfying part for me is seeing the finished product: knowing it was completed from beginning to end.
Crafting is enjoyable period. Whether it's sewing a skirt or beading a braclet I love it. My grandmother started my passion with showing me how to crochet, back then stitches didn't have a name an there were no books to show you how to do it I was about six. When I became older an realized that patterns had been written I brought several with nothing but stitches an would sit for hours crocheting until I could put the stitches grandmother taught me with it's new name. It was awesome to follow directions to make something, now I want to try an make everything lol.
I have been crafting for about 45yrs. Starting with learning to chrochet, to sewing. Blessed to be taught by my mother an grandmother: along with the joy of teaching myself some things.

I like to start out finding out if they have tried the craft they are asking about: that will give me a starting place to begin. Zoom meetings are a great way to craft. Seeing some one do it is sometimes better than talking them thru it especially if its their first time doing that craft.
