About Robert

I have been teaching private voice lessons for over a year and currently have 9 students. I am a graduate of Bloomsburg University, with a BA in Music Education with a concentration in Voice. Students can expect to learn a healthy balance of classical and pop/musical theater repertoire, in addition to sight singing, reading notation, and vocal technique. Students also typically learn rudimentary piano in addition to their vocal instruction. I strongly recommend lessons for ages 12 + (adults are welcome to take lessons too!), but will take students as young as 10. Give me a call or a text for more details!

I find teaching privately one-on-one to be quite a pleasurable experience. I enjoy being a mentor to young people and helping others develop confidence in their singing and in themselves. I am an energetic and passionate teacher and I work diligently to share my knowledge of singing and a love of music with my students. My students and I look both forward to our weekly lessons, and I hope you will too!

Opera voice lessons offered by Robert are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Shinglehouse. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
