I give you guidance, tools, support and understanding of who you are as an individual, not as a “whole” with the rest of the people. We take small steps to be able to ensure you’re comfortable with changes you’ll decide to make and you will never be judged by any means.

I want to know what they’re used to eating on a daily basis. I will ask gene real health issues that foods might have interactions with, what medicines they take for the same reason, and what kind of foods they don’t like or have allergies with. Once this is established I start to show them how foods interact in the human body and how changing how you eat and what you eat can actually improve your health. I reinforce that this is a lifestyle change and I understand how difficult how difficult this is and I will never judge any decision that the client makes.
