I have bachelors degrees in Music Education, Jazz Studies, and Classical Trumpet Performance, as well as two and a half years of experience tutoring music theory at the collegiate level.

Sit down with the student and address what the student's learning goals are, as well as where they think they struggle the most. From there, we can set a plan that aligns with the student's desired goals, with varying levels of detail depending on how specific the student needs the plan to be. I will suggest outside reading and resources for the student to get additonal review and practice outside of the tutoring session.

Details
For trumpet lessons, $25 dollars for a half hour would be standard.
