About Zachary
I have been studying music for the past 6 years. I joined my school choir in 7th grade, and made my way to the top auditioned choir, Meistersingers. I will provide links to our performances. The music program at Cherry Creek High School is the FIRST high school music program to win a Grammy. We often competed at state competitions and scored amongst the top performers. Along side this, I also taught myself to play the piano, and most of my music theory knowledge. I have composed several pieces as well.
I love music. It's my passion. I play for fun. I play because I like it. I also enjoy teaching so doing piano lessions is a no brainer.
I often helped students in my classes through problems, and one day it clicked that I should start tutoring.
6 years of choral and music theory practice.

I need to know what the student already knows. I will test their knowledge to get a feel for what we need to work on, and we will take it from there.

Zach knows music theory very well, and his lessons and exercises are very helpful. His piano lessons are top notch.
we went through a whole chapter in one session. and I actually understood all of it. 5/5
Helps me through my problems very logically and straight forward. Very helpful, would recommend.
Zach is very easy to work with, and knows his stuff. The way he explains his logic is very easy to follow, much easier than in my classes. Very good experience.
Wonderful experience working with Zach. Doesn't waste any time at all, and legitimately wants to help you learn. In a few short weeks I was back up to speed with the rest of my physics class. Thanks so much Zach!
Zach is very knowledgeable in science and math. I am extremely pleased with his results with my son, Calvin. In 5 sessions, Calvin's understanding of calculus increased dramatically, and his grades improved too. Well worth it! Thanks!
