About Nicholas

I am a passionate musician and music teacher who is experienced in performing, teaching, recording, composing, and arranging music. My lessons are flexible to the needs of my students.

I teach double bass and electric bass, music theory, composition, arranging, and piano to beginner-level students. My undergraduate and graduate studies have been at Berklee College of Music where I received a full tuition scholarship and studied performance and jazz composition.

I started teaching bass to some private students as years went by I expanded my teaching studio and also worked with music programs.

I have had many students both privately and in music programs of all ages, levels, and backgrounds.
In addition to being a dedicated music teacher I have had an enormous experience performing and recording. This makes me a great teacher cause I can provide my students with material relevant to actually performing music and thriving at it.

About the lesson

I start by accessing their level, interests, personality, and learning character in order to create lesson plans and adapt a teaching style that will align with their needs.

I have had many students both privately and in music programs of all ages, levels, and backgrounds. I have taught students as young as 2 years old and as old as 40 years old. Some of my students never had a music lesson prior to mine and others were already studying in a music college.

Details

My online lessons are 70$ for an hour-long lesson. The rate varies for in-person teaching depending on the traveling distance of my student. (70-90$ per lesson)
