About Jay
I am a composer, conductor, Music Theory professor, music theater director, and piano instructor.
I live in New Hope, PA
Professor at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ
My parents were both teachers. I got a teacher's certificate from my Bachelor's degree and began teaching while working on my advanced degrees.
I have a Doctorate in Composition from Northwestern.
I have taught music theory and comp. for 35 years.
I was a piano major.
I have conducted musicals from equity to amateur
I have condected choral groups for 25 years.
