About Catherine
I am a Qigong Master and Licensed Acupuncturist in rural Vermont, with almost 20 years working in Daoist healing arts. My focus is on emotional well-being, and I enjoy working with both Acupuncture clients and Qigong students to uncover the roots of illness and dis-ease. By recognizing what obstacles are in the way, change is encouraged to bloom at its own pace.

I was named a Qigong Master in 2012 after more than a decade of learning and teaching. I am also a Feng Shui Master, and have a Masters degree in Acupuncture.

Prior to our first meeting, new Qigong students fill out an intake form to better identify the goals we are workign toward. During our interview, those goals, and any pertinent health history information, will be reviewed together before developing - and practicing together - a custom Qigong routine to be further practiced at home!
