About Mary
We offer free introductory and preparatory lectures about Transcendental Meditation for women. Not only am I a certified teacher of Transcendental Meditation, but I recently completed a 350 page dissertation of case studies about military mothers and PTSD, parenting stress, life satisfaction and sleep disorders. I am a 50 year meditator. We are passionate to share this technique that reduces stress and strengthens creativity, mental focus, and enjoyment of all of life.
