About Heartland
Meditation is not just about temporary relief, when we find the things that are hidden in our minds and throw away we can have true lasting happiness. Our ultimate purpose is to help people of the world to reduce their anxiety and stress.

I still remembers the change I had gone through after just the first two months of meditation from a person with a mind full of worries and burden to that of one with hope and happiness. As I continued my journey in this meditation, my mind became so much more clear and joyful. Furthermore, my relationships with others have improved tremendously. This meditation is so unique and simple so I hope others also fidn their true selves with this practice too!
After finishing 7-level process of this meditation program, I've got training at the main center in Korea for 6 months by completing a trainer's course. Experiences in instructing meditation has extended with acutal sessions at other meditation centers in Chicagoland for last 7 years. I am also learning a lot while training senior members in the local center for last 2 years.

Because this meditation has 7 level method, we teach students step by step and guide them along the way. In the beginning students take an introductory session to learn the basics about this meditation. While students get customized lessons with one-one-one sessions, they can understand and practice our unique method effecively. As they progress one level at a time, they'll free all of their accumulated stress and pain throughout their lives. In their place will be a newly-found serenity, confidence and ability to connect with their true self.

This meditation is based on the monthly membership. The longer the membership plan is, the lower the rate for the fee is. The membership includes unlimited guided meditation 7 days a week. I can confidently say that the benefit you get out of this program is way more than the membership fee.
