About Michael
Transcendental meditation is a very easy to learn, and practice technique that allows the student to enjoy a state of deep mental calm, along with deep metabolic rest. The promotes increased mental clarity and reduced physical stress and fatigue. As a result students enjoy improved learning ability, academic performance, and better health and athletic performance.
TM has been integrated into many school sytems Internationally, and for the past 10 years it has been integrated into the San Francisco Unified Public Schools wherein over 10,000 students and over 900 teachers, admistrators, and staff have learned the TM technique.
Learning TM is a profound way to enhance the educational process, and it creates a positive life habit that is invaluable for each student.
