About Lisa

I love teaching and empowering people to heal themselves. I've been teaching and practing yoga, meditation and energy healing since 2008 and have taught and worked with 100's of people. I offer free online resources so you can continue to learn and heal at your own pace.. (check out my free podcast: (concealed information) and (concealed information)

My understanding (based on entrainment) is that the more we spend time in the energy, thought patterns and circumstances we want to be in.. the more our mind and energy body respond and mirror the new ideas and energies. So my goal is to help you release old stories and energies, and remember who you really are :)

I've been a teaching ALL of my life, from sports, to science to social sciences.. I left academia to teach yoga and follow my heart's desire. Which lead me to mediation and Reiki. I feel my purpose n this planet truly is to teach about energy.

I taught yoga and meditation 2004-2015.

About the lesson

I offer both in person, phone and online sessions. For all 3 options I like to spend a bit of time getting to know a client. So, I offer an extra 30 minute "intake" time, where we can simply chat, connect and get to know eachother.. as well and hone in to what things you might be seeking so that I can best be of service.

I've worked with high school, college, corporations, and now wok with individuals on their own life path and process. I see age, race, and experience simultaneousely as a 3d reality and a social construct.

I offer monthly and semi monthly events for free to create community among my energy students and clients. Every event is sweet and 5-20 people.. They are so great because I offer free teachings and sessions to those whom I've worked with.. so everyone has experienced energy and is on a personal path of underastnding.. yet, its always new and meeting those that arrive at the moment.

Details

I offer sliding scale pricing, as I beleive the information I present should be available for all. $70-100 for a 1 hour healing session. $100-200 for a training session.
