About Shawn
I work in Psychiatry and studied meditation and very patient about peoples stress, anxiety and depression conditions. I seriously love to teach people how to live their lives with less stress, depression and anxiety to live a more productive life! I have worked in Life Coaching in psychology for 18yrs in Philadelphia and New Jersey and now working in Las Vegas.
I am also a life coach and very aware of all that is need to live a happy and healthy life.
I am certified in Life Coaching and Meditation.
I also now do Zoom Classes!
I love to help people live and to love life!
I studied Psychology in college and have been a Certified Medical Assistant in Psychiatry. I felt that it was a need for people to learn how to calm the mind body and soul to live a productive life.
I am certified as a Life Coaching and Meditation instructor.

I have worked with many people from all walks of life especially stay at home mothers how deal with the everyday stress of being more than just a parent. I also work with the hard working people whose jobs are very demanding and stress related.

I enjoyed the fact of how it made me feel extremely relaxed. I actually fell asleep during the meditation class. I definitely recommend Satori Sudden Enlightenment to anyone. 😎
I love that she has different meditation techniques. Some times she will do a dance meditation to reduce stress and it was really fun!! She also does life coaching and has helped me get my life on track!
