About Faithe
I teach Guided Imagery Meditation. It helps people who can't sit still in silence or people who have never meditated before actually learn how to meditate. I have had hundreds of people tell me that they cannot believe an hour passed after we are done with a meditation session. I then teach them how to incorporate this into their daily lives so they can eventually practice meditation on their own. I have been practicing meditation for over 30 years and started teaching it in 2018. My passion is to help others learn to meditate because it is a life changer.
