About Julion
I am a US Olympic Certified Personal Trainer who has trained athletes, begginers, weightloss, bodybuilding, seniors, rehab, groups, and much more! I am a former fitness manager at multiple major gyms whos has been in business over 10 years. I will meet you where you are and safely graduate you to your desires fitness level. I am also a former pro athlete, disabled Air Force Veteran, instruct CPR, and do community outreach programs for youth sports. JCWORKOUTS can professionally workout in any environment with a variety of methods to keep you engaged and on your toes.

When working with a new client, I like to get to the "WHY" or definite reason for the fitness goal. I then meet you at the level you currently are on and examine & evaluate corrections needed to successfully achieve reaching your goals in a safe yet efficent way. I love feedback and adapt with you as your body changes to maximize your results in whole. Month to month we check your progress, and make adjustments as needed or desired.
