About Jason
We focus on helping our students achieve their goals in self-defense by focusing on the technical aspects of each technique.
I am a 4th degree in Taekwondo and Hapkido and teach a program that my instructor began in New York in 1972. With over 20 years of teaching experience, I can cater the classes to your needs. I am available to teach students from 5 to 65 years old.
I started teaching because I was offered a position to assist and instruct with teaching classes as a teenager. It was really satisfying to see other people grow and improve through martial arts training.
I was a former police officer so the self-defense techniques have been tested. In addition, I have over 20 years of training expierience.

A free 15 minute private class is offered to see if the student would enjoy the lessons.
I have worked with students of all ages that range from 3 - 65 years of age.
It's important to find an instructor who can break down a technique and teach that technique to people of all different body sizes and ages.
Bringing my team to the USA Taekwondo National Championships in 2018 and 2019 was an amazing experience. Many team members medaled and also won their divisions.
