Customized Fitness Workouts, Nutrition Guidance, and/or Self Defense to fit the clients needs in a safe, inclusive, supportive environment for all levels from beginner to advanced. With me being the reigning 2025 World Karate Champion comes compassion, positive motivation, attentiveness, and enthusiasm for YOUR success. Fun and patience is the "secret" element!

American College of Sports Medicine diploma, Nutrition certified, reigning World Sport Karate Champion, and testimonials from satisfied clients and students.

About the lesson

Friendly introduction and tour of my private Outer Richmond District private stududio. Then a friendly conversation about potential client's needs, wants, and endgame.

First responders, military, pro athletes, actors, pregnant women, Senior citizens, children, and teens that have a willingness to learn and do the work.

Caveat Emptor or buyer beware. Check the bonifides such as his/her instructor's lineage and the instructor's certifications as well via a reputable source or Google search. A credible teacher, Sensei, Sifu MUST have a paper trail! Not from a McDojo or ACME!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
1. Is your dojo following Covid Protocols? Proof of VAXX required, Covid filter, mask required, handwashing required.

2. Is instructor vaccinated? Yes.Moderna.

3. Does the Master have boniifide credentials? 10th Dan Black Belt, World Champion Team USA// American College of Sports Medicine credentialed.

4. Are there contracts or month by month? No contracts. Venmo, cash, or check. Simple.

5. Are there affiliated dojos when I travel? Yes. Worldwide.

My daughter and I are very pleased with our experience with Master Kula and his methodology. He is very patient and knowledgeable in the art of self defense. Although it was primarily a crash course for my daughter prior for her leaving for college, I decided to stay on and work to improve my fitness and self defense skills.
