I love the individual teaching attention to proper form. I’ve learned a lot and another thing I like it how my confidence has increased.
I like the variety of work outs we do each week from kick boxing to circuit training. I enjoy that the instructor does the workouts with us, it’s very motivating to keep us all going. It all it’s a fun motivating workout with great people. Definitely recommend this to any and everyone!!!
Awesome coaching for all levels ages and abilities. Sensei Angel is a patient and positive coach and mentor who provides a mix of body-conditioning workouts with kickboxing tuition. Every workout is challenging and different. You will realize depths of reserve you didn’t know you had!
