About Zack
I enjoy teaching and watching progression in my students. Watching their confidence grow with their abilities and helping people lead a happy, healthy lifestyle.
I started teaching kids class 4+ years ago at my Professors gym. I really enjoyed helping others progress and decided to open my own academy.
10+ years Brazilian Jiu Jitsu(Black Belt)

I generally ask the student what they are interested in learning and what their goals are. From there I can better understand how to help the student progress to reach the goals they desire.
I've worked with all sorts of people from all backgrounds and all ages. From 4 years old to 65 years old. From athletes to hobbyists.
1.) Jump in head first! Its never a bad idea to do something to improve yourself!
2.) Do your research. A quick google search on your potential instructor should reveal of they are legit.
