About Johnny
I've trained in martial arts and fighting sports for 15 years. I'm a professional mixed martial artist with over 30 cage fights under my belt. I'm a brown belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu and have won grappling tournements in both gi and nogi grappling. My passion is learning and teaching martial arts for many purposes. I love helping people learn new skills, learn self defense tactics, prepare for competitions, or just get into shape! I currently train adults and children for all of those purposes. My students have become more confident, more fit, and have won tournements of their own. My specialties are wrestling, Brazilian jiujitsu, kickboxing/Muay Thai, boxing, and mixed martial arts, which combines all of those arts!
I like making fitness and learning a fun experience. I believe I've developed a system they makes improvement possible for everyone. No matter what your goals are; I can help you get there.
