About Dherek
My services are great for beginners that are looking to learn proper self-defense and mix martial arts techniques I've had the opportunity to train with UFC fighters and other professional fighter that fight at the highest level which gives my teaching a realistic look for my students. I have also competed in MMA and Kickboxing. I Pride myself on teaching proper technique to my students that they can use and take with them for the rest of your life.
I enjoy teaching what I love to do to anyone that wants to learn. I also love challenging people and helping my students grow and develop as mixed martial artist.
I have trained professional fighters that fight at the highest level some in the UFC and some in Bellator as well as the PFL. I have been training mix martial arts for five years now at fight ready MMA Fitness in Scottsdale Arizona I am also on the professional team and I am a active fighter

I start out with 50 bucks a Hour And depending if my students want strength and conditioning or Advanced depth training I do charge a little bit more.
