About Derron
I provide Boxing lessons as well as Nutrition and Dietary Tips.
I have been boxing since the age of 11 years old I have amateur and in ring fighting experience and have been training people in self defense for over the past 10 years.
I love the combination of Nutrition, Functional Training and Self Defense because it boost’s Confidence and Self Esteem.
I was introduced to the sport at the age of 11 and have in ring experience (sparring) as well as amateur boxing experience and my business partner is a licensed professional boxer

A workout that always leaves you wanting more. Which is crazy because I used to hate working out! This is a teacher you want to have. He will not only have your body right but your mind as well!!
