About Brandon
My business stands out because I'm committed to myself and the clients I train. Weight lose,body conditioning, is a strong passion of mine. Your Physical and mental health are your first forms of wealth and I always enjoy teaching my clients the tools need to better themselves.
I got started teaching with me and my friends. My friends were over weight and I guided them in the right direction which helped them lose weight.
I have trained with boxers and martial arts students. I regularly exercise myself. I have nutritional knowledge. No education I live what I do and I'm in good shape.

Demonstrating and doing the exercises with my students to let them know that I not just a teacher but I practice what I preach. I also like to verbally speak to my clients to let them know The type of exercise and why we are doing them. So My clients get a full understanding of what they are doing.
I worked with students who were intermediate to professionals.
