About Jon

Hello, I'm Coach Jon Stray. Through my 30+ years of martial arts experience I have taught basic and advanced techniques in boxing, Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga as well as football and track. I have created training methods which improve hand-eye coordination, balance, speed and overall strength and conditioning. My sessions combine technique with high intensity cardio and coordination drills.

My private 1-1 lessons are personalized and "tailor made" to meet your personal goals no matter what age or level you are!

Self-defense, weight loss, fitness, anger-stress management? or maybe you just want to learn how to spar or learn technique or even compete!

My lessons will prepare you to achieve your goals. I have experience in successfully coaching the average fitness beginner, the savvy fitness enthusiast as well as the competitive martial artist who may want a great workout as well as learn real self defense skills.

All ages and levels are welcome!

2.) Likes & dislikes of past trainers.

3.) Equipment needed or not (hand wraps, jump rope, etc)

4.) Schedule & expectations
