About Jacquelyn
This training is not a martial arts class. It is a single 3-4 hour class for a group of 6-10 people. You gather a group of family, friends, schoolmates, coworkers, etc. and my “bad guy” and I do everything else! Your place or mine! Are you a parent of a teen being bullied? Do you have a young adult heading to college that could use some self-defense skills? Are you a survivor of a violent attack? Do your employees travel alone? This class is for you!
There is no other training available like our reactive defense. We make our “violent attacks” as real as it gets. Our “bad guy” is suited up in a tactical Redman suit (photos below) so you can fully strike, kick, fight for your life! We teach over 25 defensive tactics moves that are performed in 2 seconds or less (if a move takes longer than 2 seconds, throw it out because it’s not going to work in an attack)!
The most important part of our class is our unique lecture on mindset and situational awareness. We like to call it “Self Offense.” It’s not what you look at, it’s what you SEE!
