About Jarrett
We have a combined 40 years experience in teaching. We are passionate about helping each and everyone we work with set, and achieve their individual goals, may it be getting in better shape, learning to defend themselves, or medaling in the competitive arena.
Between all our instructors we have competed and won in both brazilian jiu jitsu and muay thai, bringing home Pan American Championships, and belts.

About the lesson

We run an 8 week introductory course for all new students, both for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. During this time we expose individuals to the fundamentals of each art two days a week, with the second class of the week repeating what was taught during the first class. This reinforcement provides better retention and understanding of the material taught. In addition, students are provided emailed videos of the lessons that further assist with the person's development. After the 8 week course is completed, students have the option of staying on with us, advancing their knowledge with weekly themed classes in muay thai and monthly themed classes in brazilian jiu jitsu.

The people are amazing and great to work with. The instructors have a vast knowledge of martial arts. There is never a dull moment when working with people that are passionate about learning the art jujitsu and Muay Thai.
Skilled instructors, small class sizes, welcoming atmosphere, and nice equipment. This gym is a hidden gem!
